Institution «Salymbekov University» Announces Admission of Applicants in the direction of «General Medicine». Qualification: Doctor.

Required Documents for Admission:
Applicants during the online admission must attach only copies of the relevant documents confirming that they will study at our university. Original documents must be submitted only at the beginning of the academic year.For citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- Application addressed to the rector of the Institution «Salymbekov University» (sample);
- Original ORT certificate;
- State document on the average general or secondary vocational education (certificate or diploma)
- Copy of the passport;
- 2 photos (4×6 cm), 4 photos (3×4 cm);
- Medical certificate 086-U;
- Military ID or registration certificate;
For citizens of near and far abroad countries:
- Application addressed to the rector of the Institution «Salymbekov University» (sample);
- Passport with an entry visa that meets the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and its copy;
- The original document on complete secondary education indicating the subjects studied and grades (points) and a notarized copy;
- Notarized translation of a document on complete secondary education into the official language of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic on the equivalence of complete secondary education;
- 2 photos (4×6 cm), 4 photos (3×4 cm);

Rules for Admission to the «Salymbekov University» Institution
To participate in the competition for budgetary and contractual education at the International Faculty of Medicine of the Salymbekov University Institution, only applicants who have passed the nationwide testing (ORT) and scored above the threshold in the following tests are allowed: the main test, the test in chemistry and the test in biology. Citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan can take part in ORT — for admission to the University on a budgetary basis and citizens of any other country — for admission on a contract basis. The threshold score for budgetary and contract forms of education is determined by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.Rules for filing and considering Appeals
Foreign applicants have the right to submit a written appeal to the Appeal Commission about the violation, in his opinion, of the established procedure for conducting the test, and / or disagreement with the results. The appeal is submitted by the applicant in person the next day after the announcement of the assessment. The Admissions Committee ensures the acceptance of appeals throughout the working day. Consideration of the appeal does not provide for the re-passing of the blank test. During the consideration of the appeal, only the correctness of the assessment of the results of passing the entrance test is checked. The applicant has the right to be present at the appeal and to get acquainted with his work. The applicant must have a document proving his identity with him. After consideration of the appeal, the decision of the appeal commission on the assessment of the entrance test is made. The decision is drawn up in a protocol and brought to the attention of the applicant (against signature).

The International Faculty of Medicine of the Institution «Salymbekov University» trains specialists in the following areas: 1. «General Medicine» with the qualification «Doctor». The normative period for mastering the of in the specialty 560001 «General Medicine» on the basis of 11 years of secondary general or secondary / higher professional education only with full-time education is 6 years. 2. «General Medicine» with the qualification «Doctor». The normative period for mastering the of in the specialty «Doctor» «General Medicine» on the basis of 12 years of secondary general or secondary / higher vocational education only with full-time education is 5 years. The language of instruction is English. Students who have successfully mastered the main educational program of the and successfully passed the state final certification are issued a diploma of higher professional education of the state standard of the Kyrgyz Republic with the qualification «Doctor». Enrollment of applicants to the number of students of the Institution «Salymbekov University» is carried out in the presence of the original document on education or its duplicate. The deadline for enrolling applicants from among foreign citizens is set until October 15. Entrance examinations to the Institution «Salymbekov University» for foreign applicants entering the study in English are held in the form of a blank test in chemistry and biology. Foreign applicants must score at least 50 points in biology and at least 50 points in chemistry.
A foreign applicant must receive a minimum threshold score of 40% of the maximum possible in order to participate in the competition. When conducting entrance examinations, the applicant must present an examination sheet and a passport.
The results of entrance examinations are published no later than 10 am the next day after the examination. Enrollment of foreign applicants to the number of students of «Salymbekov University» is carried out only if there is an original document on education, a certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic confirming the level and content of documents on education issued by foreign educational institutions and upon payment of 50% of the cost of one year of study.
